Our mission is to enhance, upcycle, and redesign furniture for a modern space that individuals and families can preserve for a lifetime.

We wanted something that defined the products and services that we offered.

             (We originally only did the shabby chic style for customers but we've since expanded.)

Our vision is to be a worldwide distributor and specialized project collaborator of envirionmentally friendly furnishings. 

We assist you in creating an atmosphere within your home or office that aligns with your personal style by enhancing, upcycling, and redesigning your furniture and home decor items/spaces. We use paint, fabric, stain, and other accessories to change the visual aesthetic of your furniture/space and preserve them for a lifetime.

Our hours are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We operate on an individual consultation basis ONLY.
This allows us to give you the necessary time and attention needed without other customers requiring our attention. Thank you for your understanding!

Turning Furniture into Fashion...

DENVER – College students, seniors, newlyweds and the like walk through the doors of We Chic’d It to give their outdated or broken furniture a stylish makeover. 
We Chic’d It offers custom refinishing and refurbishing of furniture and home décor items such as couches, dressers, beds, tables, chairs, picture frames and bookshelves, to keep people from throwing these items into the trash. 
“If you have a dining room table and it’s showing a little bit of wear, we refinish it for you, whether it’s clean it up or add some paint and give it more life,” said Flo Ward, the store owner. “(We) make it more modern.”

Flo, Owner/Salvaged Furniture Painter/Upcycle Creationist
  • A mom of 3 whom listens to your ideas and concepts to refurbish, refinish, and repurpose items and brings them back to life. Basically turning trash into treasures! She's the owner and brains behind We Chic'd It!  With a B.A. in Fine Arts, M.A. in Education, plus years of experience teaching and in advertising. She has lots of experience thinking outside of the box and using Pinterest for idea starters!
  • Heidi, Creationist; Mom of 2 who has a fabulous artistic eye for design. She's our artistic painter and crafter of many of the items in the Home Inspirations section.

  • David, Builder, Ruby House Millworks; Our woodworking genius! He's a master craftsman whom can build anything! Currently building all our custom desks, hutches, buffets, kitchen cabinets, drawer slide-outs, and more!

  • Heather, Creative Director, Style Street Boutique; Her eye for design and sourcing high quality furnishings are top notch! She collaborates with us on various furniture and home decor work, as well as our upcoming "Thrift City Tours".

  • Janice, Creationist, Junkalicious by Miss J; Her jeweled concepts work well with our goal of upcycling and reusing whenever possible. She collaborates with us on various crafts and home decor items.​

  • Melissa, Creationist, Restored Hope; Her beautiful shabby chic styling of our "Chic'able" items has been a hit! She collaborates with us on various furniture and home decor work.​​

  • Alexe, Artist; “Alexe Stebbins” Her stylish take on painting a shabby chic look is what caught our eye! She collaborates with us and other refinishing companies on various furniture pieces.​​

  • Joan, Upholsterer; Her many years of professionally upholstery skills are shown in her craftsmanship of the successful creative upholstery requests she has completed with our team. ​​

  • Alison, Upholsterer, Jersey Bell Sews; Her years of experience and generational knowledge makes her our top artisan for patio furniture cushions.
